"Standing meditation" is a mindfulness practice that involves maintaining a standing tree posture for an extended period while focusing on your breath, body sensations, or a specific point of concentration. It combines principles from meditation and yoga to cultivate mental clarity, balance, and physical alignment.

Standing meditation is a versatile practice that can be integrated into daily routines, making it accessible to entrepreneurs who may have limited time for traditional meditation or yoga sessions.
