Presenters: Alywin Hui and Pablo German

Alywin Hui is the President of STANZ, private trader, with 20 years’ experience in the financial industry. He has been trading financial markets since 2006, and has been a private trader since 2019.
Previously Alywin worked with high-net-worth clients at banks and listed investment advisory group in Hong Kong. After he returned to Auckland, due to the investment & trading career opportunities being limited compared to Asia, he became a mortgage broker and worked as credit manager in Westpac NZ.

Pablo German has been observing financial markets since the 1987 crash, an event that shaped his early awareness of market dynamics. He purchased his first shares in 2006 and began as a long-term, buy-and-hold investor. His interest in active trading started in 2015, eventually leading him to options trading in 2018. In 2024, he obtained the Certified Financial Technician (CFTe) designation, further formalising his expertise in technical analysis. Beyond markets, he holds a PhD in Molecular Biology, bringing a scientific and data-driven perspective to his trading approach.
