What we’re about
Star Connect is for anyone who is looking to meet new friends and a place to belong and hang out. We are a community of people that is part of a local Christian church. We meet every Wednesday in the Star Bar in the city and also Saturday evening in the Waterloo area. Everyone is welcome!
Star Connect Meetups: We run FREE meetups, courses and workshops such as English conversation club, free BBQ's, socialising, drinks, and even an introductory Bible study course called Discovery.

• English Conversation Club + Social Drinks/Dinner - Every week on the top floor (at the white tables at top of stairs)
Hang out with people and or play pool at one of the many pool tables available in Star Bar
Enjoy these delicious meals using our Star Connect vouchers (get one from one of our hosts)
• $10 chicken schnitzel
• $12 steak and chips
• $12 pizza

• Free BBQ + church service 5 - 7:30pm - Every week.
• Discovery Bible Study course 7:45pm - 9pm - Watch this meetup for course dates.
