8/8 Frequency Tuning

Join us at the peak of the Lion's Gate portal on Saturday 8/8 the first in a series of classes called Frequency Tuning.

Working with breath, chanting, movement, nature, and collective coherence, together we will “tune” our human systems.

The class is rooted in kundalini yoga, with exercises that strengthen your nervous system, work deeply on an energetic level, and stimulate your glands to secrete your innate medicine.

Guided by Lindsay Karson who is a 500-hour certified instructor in this practice that has been teaching since 2008. The intention of this series is to connect and nurture community.
