Clearing Self-Doubt!
In this healing meditation we will be clearing and all doubt about ourself, the world, our future
Bring with you a crystal that works with the heart, solar plexus, or sacral chakra. These stones can be orange, yellow, green, pink or white. Dm or txt for questions.
Bring with you:
- a comfy blanket
- your favorite crystal
- a journal (to take notes of your experience)
Make sure you are in a quiet place that you will not be disturbed for your meditation. Feel free to use headphones to enhance the experience.
