About us
Whether you have always wanted to make your own music but felt intimidated by the software, or you just picked up your first MIDI controller and are not sure where to plug it in, this group is for you. We focus on the fundamentals of music production, covering everything from navigating a digital audio workstation to the basics of sound design and arrangement. Our goal is to demystify the technical side of things so you can spend more time actually making music.
We meet regularly to share projects, troubleshoot common hurdles, and learn from one another in a relaxed, low-pressure environment. You do not need to be a professional musician or own expensive equipment to join us; you just need a bit of curiosity and a willingness to learn. Come along to meet others who are starting out, ask questions, and find the support you need to finally get your first track finished.
