In a time that being Agile is trendy, every company sees the framework as a must have in a way of becoming attractive to the market. Do meetings every day, make yourself present in every cerimonie, and thats it: you are Agile as a flat table! Are we forgetting the purpose, the why behind using an Agile framework? Are we just following all the steps blindly and wait for results? Lets get back to the basics, understand what is Scrum, compare with what we are doing and tune that twist to make the difference.

We invited a special guest to talk and are inviting tech people, business owners with any degree of experience in Scrum.

Guest: Diana, with a degree in Computer Science, was at the very beginning of her career as Software Developer when she discovered the Agile concept as mind-set, during the huge Agile transformation at Nokia in 2008. Since then, has remained enthusiastic about the framework, and most recently helping to spread, share, and learn through the Agile Connect Community. Today Diana is a passionate Engineering Manager at Talkdesk that love the challenge of understand people and their motivations.
