SCRUM Workshop

Join us on Saturday, 23th of November at Startup Portimão - Autódromo do Algarve for a workshop about Scrum.

The great definition of Scrum is being lightweight, simple to understand and difficult to master. Lets try an hands-on approach to better understand the power of Scrum, what the purpose and why using it.

We invited a special guest to give the workshop and are inviting tech people, business owners with any degree of experience in Scrum.

How it works

During the workshop we will perform exercises that allow foundations of Scrum to emerge, such as Scrum Values, Scrum Team, Scrum Events and Artifacts. Do you know:

• the Values of Scrum?
• that Scrum have three essential pillars that uncover Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Goal and the Scrum Events themselves?

With a degree in Computer Science, it was at the very beginning of her career as a Software Developer when Diana discovered Agile as mind-set, during the huge Agile transformation at Nokia in 2008. Since then, has remained enthusiastic about the framework, and most recently helping to spread, share, and learn through the Agile Connect Community. Diana has a recent past as Engineering Manager at Talkdesk and is now Head of Interactions at Critical TechWorks, and love the challenge of understanding people and their motivations.
