Tommy's Tavern & Tap Happy Hour

Just back from Tommy's for lunch. Happy Hour runs from 3 to 6. They told me on Tuesday's regular happy hour is 3 to six we must order and stay at bar. From 4 to 6 wine is half price but you must be at a table with a meal. I've never been here before today's lunch, I don't know what to expect, I spoke with them twice on the phone and in person today and was told that Happy Hour is always busy. We may end up standing or we may be able to grab some seats, who knows? Earlier in the week might be a better chance to not be so crowded. I'm going to go for 3:00, I'll try to see if whoever is there that day is willing to break a couple of rules. If you are able to be there earlier than 4 and want to meet up with me that would be great.
