Goal:
The Separation & Divorce Support Group is a safe, supportive space for women who are considering, going through, or healing from separation or divorce. Our aim is to provide emotional support, practical tools, and a compassionate community where women can share openly and learn from one another.

Who Should Attend:
This group is for women who are navigating any stage of separation or divorce—whether you're just beginning to consider it, currently in the midst of it, or finding your footing afterward. If you’re facing conflict, parenting challenges, communication struggles, or simply craving understanding and connection, you are welcome here.

What to Expect:
Our monthly gatherings are designed to help you navigate the emotional and logistical challenges of separation and divorce. Each session will include a mix of reflection, conversation, and skill-building. Topics and activities may include:

Mindfulness Practices – Grounding tools to reduce stress and stay centered

Communication Strategies – Techniques for navigating difficult conversations with ex-partners, children, and others

Collaborative Problem-Solving – Group discussions on common issues and practical solutions

Open Sharing & Support – A nonjudgmental space to be heard, offer insight, and receive guidance

Facilitator:
All sessions are led by Julie Cobalt, a seasoned conflict coach, mediator, and trainer with deep experience supporting individuals through the emotional and practical complexities of separation and divorce.
