The first Start-Up Accelerator Lab event of 2015 focuses on the quality of the execution of the launch plan and user traction strategies of growth London-based start-ups who give their personal insight.
The other focus is on start-up talent and the importance of good fit for the founder team and early employees. Poor performing start-up teams DO NOT SURVIVE! Get your team right and you have a much better chance of survival.

Brett Putter: Managing Partner, The Forsyth Group. Brett is the Managing Partner for Emerging Technologies. Brett focuses on working with leading edge emerging technology companies within SaaS/software, Mobile, New Media and Internet technologies and has successfully completed C-level searches across Europe and the United States. Prior to joining the Forsyth Group he was Managing Director RedLevel, a direct marketing and sales company. At THC/Azan Bretton served as Director of Sales and Marketing, where he was responsible for attracting and hiring 250 consultants from start up in 18 months. Brett is a board advisor to 23snaps, Styloko and Novus Analytics.
Alex Rowley: Founder and CEO of justaskmeout.co.uk - The award-winning online dating website. Alex will give insight into how she came up with the idea for the site and juggled planning the launch and execution with a high profile job as a management consultant.
