Today’s “New Normal” is not so normal. Change, uncertainty, and chronic stress require stronger bonds between people and teams than ever before. Michelle will talk about how culture works and impacts people and performance. You will look at your role to consciously co-create it and why it matters.
About Michelle:
Michelle is committed to helping individuals and organizations leave a meaningful imprint on our world. She designs and delivers innovative leadership development programs connecting business outcomes with the human dimension of business. She is a strategist on large-scale organizational change initiatives co-creating corporate culture transformation, where she bridges gaps between people from diverse backgrounds.
With over 15 years experience in learning and development, Michelle understands the barriers to organizational transformation are stubborn and complex . Solutions must be holistic, systemic and address long held biases. She focuses on practices and norms of high-performing teams, mindful leadership, inclusion, gender and leadership and personal change as the foundation for sustainable culture transformation.
Michelle coaches and consults with executives, managers, and teams in Fortune 500 companies, privately held companies, and non-profit sectors. She has worked with organizations such as Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Lexmark, Johnson Controls, Nationwide Affinity Solutions, Brown-Forman, University of Kentucky, Cigna and others.
Michelle completed her professional coach training through Coach University and is a MCC credentialed member of the International Coaches Federation. She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute’s intensive Leadership program. She holds a Masters of Education in Curriculum Development from Lesley University. Michelle is certified in Life Styles Inventory, Life Styles Inventory with Item Level Feedback (360), Organizational Culture Inventory, Organizational Effectiveness Inventory, and the Deliberately Developmental Organization Assessment as well as extensive training in yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices.
