The Future of Education

We live in a time of transformation. Comparable to the past transformations, triggered by the use of electricity, the first computers or the Internet. The current transformation is driven by the yet rudimentary possibilities of adaptive algorithms, huge amounts of data and the networking of objects.

How can we act in this transformation? What do we need to understand about current technologies? What skills do we need? Do we only have to learn code from now on or do we have to focus our learning on something completely different?

We invited experts from the academic world, education, practitioners and startups to talk about current problems, evolving trends as well as needed competencies to tackle this development successfully. Furthermore, we discuss challenges and opportunities in the field of education in our fast-changing world.
