About us

Startup From Zero Bengaluru is a weekly founder-led meetup for working professionals who are seriously interested in startups, building products, joining early-stage companies, or eventually starting something of their own.

This is not a student event.
This is not a generic networking event.
This is a curated room for people who are already working and want to understand how real startups are built from zero.

Every week, we discuss one practical startup topic — finding the right problem, validating ideas, getting first users, sales, product, growth, distribution, hiring, co-founders, fintech, trust-building, and the reality of building while working full-time.

The meetup is hosted by HabitGold, a Bengaluru-based fintech startup building a gold-backed living ecosystem for India. HabitGold helps users start saving in digital gold from just ₹10, with a larger vision to make gold usable for saving, spending, borrowing, and earning.

The sessions are led by the founding team of HabitGold, who bring experience across Flipkart, Mensa Brands, WizCommerce, Classplus, Testbook, and Funda. The team has worked across data platforms, large-scale engineering systems, mobile products, growth, business operations, and consumer technology products used by millions of users.

Through this community, we want to bring together serious builders, operators, product people, engineers, growth professionals, salespeople, marketers, finance professionals, and startup-curious working professionals.
