Most working professionals think about starting up someday.

But very few get to sit in a small room and honestly discuss what it really takes to go from an idea to real users, real trust, real execution, and a real business.

Startup From Zero is a weekly founder-led meetup for working professionals in Bengaluru who are seriously interested in startups, building products, joining early-stage companies, or eventually starting something of their own.

This is not a student event.
This is not a generic networking event.
This is not a large public seminar.

It is a small curated Sunday coffee meetup for serious working professionals who want to understand how startups are actually built from zero.

In this session, we will discuss:

  1. What stops working professionals from starting up
  2. How to think about startup ideas
  3. How to identify a real problem
  4. Why first users matter more than perfect products
  5. Why trust and distribution are critical in India
  6. How early-stage startups actually operate
  7. What we are learning while building HabitGold

HabitGold is a Bengaluru-based fintech startup building a gold-backed living ecosystem for India. We help users start saving in digital gold from just ₹10, with a larger vision to make gold usable for saving, spending, borrowing, and earning.

This session will include real lessons from our journey of building HabitGold - the market, the product, the trust problem, the offline growth strategy, and the reality of building from zero.

The session is led by HabitGold’s founding team, with experience across IIT Tirupati, Flipkart, Mensa Brands, Classplus and Testbook.

Who should attend:

  1. Working professionals interested in startups
  2. Product managers, engineers, growth, sales, marketing, finance, and operations professionals
  3. People thinking about starting up someday
  4. People interested in fintech, consumer products, offline growth, or distribution
  5. People who want to meet other serious startup-minded professionals

What to expect:

  1. Small curated conversations
  2. Coffee and honest founder-led discussions
  3. Real startup lessons, not theory
