Jules Sukhabut is the Founder & Management Consultant of TeraVault, a boutique software development firm operating in Honolulu and Cebu. He is hands-on working with clients in building their enterprise application or SaaS solution by utilizing his experienced onshore and offshore team members.
Jules has had multiple successful technology exits. He was a co-founder of OrderDynamics, an e-commerce SaaS platform and order management system. On May 2013 the company was acquired by eCommera, venture backed by ePlanet, GP Bullhound, WPP, West Coast Capital (U.K.), and Frog Capital. OrderDynamics was then acquired a second time on November 2018, by Tecsys for $13.4 million. Building on his past experience with infrastructure technologies and datacenters, Jules co-founded Bagna Networks, an IT managed services and IaaS company which was acquired on February 2006 by Tenzing Managed IT Services, venture backed by Eventi Capital Partners.
Jules is also an investor and advisor of FilmDoo, an on-demand movie streaming platform and TheMallX.com, a t-commerce solution on Xbox and Windows. He recently exited from his investment in Shift Ventures, a global consumer products company.
