Chris Lampen-Crowell co-founded Gazelle Sports in 1985 in Kalamazoo. For Chris, the best part of working at Gazelle Sports is being surrounded by a fantastic culture of people (staff and customers) that support healthful living. His favorite ways to stay "connected to a healthy life" are running and coaching kids and adults. Chris' areas of focus are Marketing, Community Outreach, Web Site and Downtown Kalamazoo issues.

John Mueller is an assistant professor at Western Michigan University (WMU) in Kalamazoo where he teaches entrepreneurship. Prior to working on his PhD in Entrepreneurship at the University of Louisville, he started and ran several businesses in the software industry, including GolfSolutions.com. His work experiences have allowed him to live and work in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He enjoys being involved with exciting businesses in the startup community.
