Since a few years ago traditional banking industry has been changing and shifting toward a more digitized environment, with a customer-centric approach, from operations to commercial offering.

Nowadays, it is not uncommon to find ourselves diving into an app to share a dinner bill with our friends, or paying groceries with our smartphones, without even opening an account in a Bank's physical office space. Those days are long gone, when to use your money, you had to go to your bank and sign on a piece of paper to pay your bills...at least for some of us in some places.

This time, we'd like to learn from the experiences of Revolut: (https://www.revolut.com/es/?lang=en) a platform born in 2015 with the aim of "building a friction-less platform to use and manage money around the world". With more than 300 employees, this London-based company is revolutionizing peer-to-peer payments, travel money and currency exchange services. Costanza Vannutelli is italian, she studied an MBA at Luiss Business School and Copenhagen Business School. After she worked in Strategy Consulting between Buenos Aires and Milan, she moved to Madrid to work as Business Development Manager for two different Startups. Now Costanza is working at Opinno, an Innovation Consulting company, as Project Leader in Madrid helping large corporations to transform through the innovative methodologies used by start-ups and entrepreneurs.
