In a world where business innovation and social impact are increasingly intertwined, some of the most compelling entrepreneurial stories begin with a simple question: "Why does this inequality exist, and what can we do about it?"
Welcome to our exclusive fireside chat with Clara Lidman, the dynamic co-founder of RedLocker who have revolutionized how workplaces, schools, and public spaces approach menstrual equity. What began as a school project has evolved into the Nordic region's leading provider of free menstrual products, building a global movement supported by thousands. Their vision of menstrual products as a natural part of toilet environments—like toilet paper or soap—is reshaping societal norms while creating significant business opportunities.
In this fireside chat, we'll discuss:
Transforming a social justice mission into a scalable business model with global impact
How purpose-driven businesses can catalyze cultural shifts and policy changes
Building community and leveraging collective action to drive business growth
Strategies for approaching traditional institutions with innovative solutions
Navigating entrepreneurship as young female founders in a stigmatized space
Their journey from school project to Forbes 30 Under 30 recognition
The economics of period equity—and why it makes business sense
Whether you're a founder looking to build a purpose-driven venture, an investor interested in businesses that drive systemic change, a corporate leader considering workplace equity initiatives, or an entrepreneur passionate about turning stigmatized topics into normalized solutions, this conversation will provide valuable insights into building businesses that transform both markets and society.
