CTO @ Buildit Hardware Accelerator
Indrek Rebane is a CTO of Buildit Hardware Accelerator. Mainly operating in electronics industry, he has learned hard lessons in entrepreneurship from starting startups and more linear companies.
In 2012 Indrek was recognized as Young Entrepreneur of the Year by Swedish Business Awards in Estonia for the work with electronics engineering services bureau Hedgehog.
In 2014 Indrek joined the core team of Buildit Hardware Accelerator to help startups validate their ideas and get their businesses running.
Kai Isand

Kai’s background is in social media marketing and building brands that are truly social and costumer satisfaction driven.
At the moment Kai is working with Garage48 Foundation organising hackathons in Estonia, Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia boosting the local start-up ecosystems and helping to generate connections that would benefit start-ups and corporations alike.
Kai truly believes that an emerging start-up community needs to be built on the Pay-It-Forward attitude. Her goal is to connect start-up founders with successful entrepreneurs to create true innovation.

David has been an entrepreneur and held numerous strategy and business development positions in hi-tech startups since 1999. His fields of experience span from hard core technology disciplines like immersive visualization solutions, VR/AR, Stereo 3D to sophisticated consumer marketing industries including retail and education.
As an entrepreneur, David was one of the founders of Neurok Optics and iZ3D.
As a strategy executive, David determined strategic direction at X6D Ltd (known under DBA XPAND) in addition to Neurok Optics and iZ3D. He has a proven track record in building retail presence, distribution channels (including OEM) and strategic partnerships for both, small private companies (X6D, Neurok, iZ3D) and divisions of larger companies (MicroAge, Deloitte & Touche, Renaissance Capital).
The latest startup that David cofounded is XIONVR, operating in the field of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality solutions.
From 2014 David is a visiting lecturer at Ilia State University where he reads Entrepreneurship class. David also heads the local chapter of StartUp Grind, a global startup community designed to educate, inspire and connect entrepreneurs.
David has a Masters degree in Computer Science from TSU and an MBA from Carlson School of Management at University of Minnesota.
