## Base 2
Base2 is an initiative by INNSOMNIA Group in collaboration with Startup Valencia. Europe's deployment platform for urban deep tech, where founders deploy in operational infrastructure, generate verified market evidence, and access specialized capital and municipal procurement pathways.
