Located on the 25th floor of the 1412 Broadway building at 39th street near Times Square, this amazing venue underwent a seven-million-dollar upgrade so the lounge and terrace can shine in all their glory, overlooking the stunning city views.
Owners Jacob Aini and Raizada S Vaid—who also created the Fashion District’s Refinery Hotel—as well as Isaac and Eli Chetrit, dedicated their newest project to famed socialite, actress and interior decorator Elsie de Wolfe.
