WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The Startup x Talent Mixer is for everyone who’s curious about working in the startup ecosystem and exploring exciting career opportunities.
At the event, you’ll meet innovative startups from the ZOLLHOF ecosystem, learn what it’s like to work in a startup environment, and get insights into open roles and team cultures.
After short startup pitches, where each company introduces itself, you’ll have plenty of time to connect in a relaxed networking atmosphere, ask questions, and talk directly with founders and team members about their job opportunities.

Artellium

uRyde
uRyde is a sustainable mobility platform designed to reduce car-based individual traffic and lower emissions. The app enables employees to easily offer and book rideshares for everyday journeys in real time, while also integrating public transport options for seamless trip planning. Developed in collaboration with employers and universities in the Nuremberg metropolitan region, uRyde makes sustainable mobility simple, flexible, and accessible.

Mozaik
Mozaik is a marketing and communications agency delivering creative, strategic, and results-driven solutions. Combining deep market insight, technical expertise, and strong creative capabilities, Mozaik designs high-end online and offline brand experiences. From brand identity and web development to digital marketing campaigns, Mozaik helps clients grow their reach, impact, and return on investment.

WHAT TO EXPECT
At our #1 Startup Meetup, we’ll take a closer look at how startups can approach AI beyond buzzwords and experiments.
Our speaker Fabian Roth, CTO & Co-Founder of CarOnSale, will share how his team thinks about AI and automation today. He’ll introduce their internal framework, talk about concrete initiatives, the tools they use, and how they track whether these efforts actually pay off.
Fabian leads Engineering and Data at CarOnSale and is responsible for the company’s AI and automation strategy. Founded in 2018, CarOnSale has grown into the largest B2B car marketplace in Germany and Austria and raised more than €150M across multiple funding rounds. With a strong focus on technology and data, the team is building a digital operating system for the European car trade.
