Startup Operators

Startup Operators is a practitioner-led community for the people building and running startups day to day: founders and operators working in product, engineering, growth and operations inside high-growth companies.

We focus on the real journeys from idea to scale. Scaling teams and product, go-to-market and commercial execution, leadership, resilience, failure and recovery, and the realities of startup life rather than just the highlights. We prioritise honest conversations and peer learning over pitch theatre or sales content.

We run bi-monthly in-person meetups and operator sessions in London, plus occasional online events for our wider community.
