What is ScaleUp?

ScaleUp is a 5-week mentorship program designed to take startups under the wings of experienced mentors to refine the core of their business. Through guided sessions, hands-on activities, and collaborative discussions, founders will dissect every layer of their company to prepare for the next stage—our LevelUp program.

With rotating mentors, group strategy sessions, and targeted training, ScaleUp helps strengthen the talent and skillsets across our entrepreneurial ecosystem.
5-Week Mentorship Program for ScaleUp

• Week 1: Vision & Validation
  Focus on branding, clarity of mission, and problem-solution fit.
• Week 2: Product Development
  Define your MVP and design a lean product around user needs.
• Week 3: Go-to-Market Strategy
  Build your GTM plan, messaging, and early traction approach.
• Week 4: Business Model & Metrics
  Structure your business model and identify key success metrics.
• Week 5: Practice Pitching & Fundraising
  Craft your pitch, refine your story, and prepare to raise capital.

All of ScaleUp will prepare you for LevelUp (Required to participate in LevelUp if chosen for ScaleUp)

What is LevelUp?
LevelUp is a unique event for those passionate about technology, startups, entrepreneurship, and community building in the Las Vegas Valley.

LevelUp gives an opportunity to startup founders to present their companies to the community with immediate feedback, support, and mentorship from a panel of successful investors, entrepreneurs and other ecosystem leaders.
The goal of LevelUp is to help each presenter elevate their venture to the next level, offering valuable insights, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Each event brings new perspectives with different panelists, ensuring fresh advice and diverse expertise each time.
