Angel Orrantia, President at i2i Corporate Strategies:

Angel Orrantia began his career as a chip designer for Intel out of Stanford. Following Intel, he led several implantable medical device development teams for Medtronic. After finishing business school at Arizona State, he built and managed a broadband and security semiconductor solutions division team at Philips Semiconductor. He took a brief opportunity to pursue his childhood dream of attending law school. He studied law at the University of Notre Dame and then practiced as a corporate attorney before transitioning to intellectual property litigation at Fenwick & West.
Applying his diverse engineering, business, & legal experience, Angel found his true passion and success helping startups in solving complex operational issues, addressing fundraising challenges, and leading exit preparations strategies. He founded and managed an internal incubator for Applied Materials and an open innovation accelerator for SK Telecom before launching his own venture capital and consulting firm in Silicon Valley. Now as the president of i2i, Idea to IPO, Angel is focused on helping companies scale from ideation to exit.
