Agenda
A gathering of builders who are actively working with the latest AI tools across coding, product, marketing, sales, and internal operations.
The conversation centers on what tools people are trying, how they decide what to adopt, and how they stay current as things keep evolving. Founders share the stack they rely on, what they have dropped, and what has genuinely improved speed or output. Operators walk through the workflows they use day to day, how they structure prompts, where automation fits in, and what still requires human judgment.
If you are experimenting with AI or already using it in your daily work, this is a space to compare notes, discover new tools, and learn how others are building practical workflows around AI.

Agenda
Founders and investors on what a raise actually takes.
Raising money looks like a pitch problem and usually turns out to be a timing, traction, and trust problem. Most of what decides a round happens before and after the actual meeting: whether the timing is right, whether the traction backs the story, and whether the people across the table believe you'll do what you say. This panel is about that version of fundraising.
We're bringing active investors together with founders who've raised to talk openly about how rounds actually come together. What investors are really weighing once the deck is closed. How founders who've been through it read a rejection, a slow no, or a term sheet that looks better than it is. Where the leverage sits, and where founders quietly give it away.
We'll also get into what's changing right now: how the funding landscape looks different across sectors and stages, what's getting funded, and how founders are adjusting how much they raise, when, and from whom. The conversation stays close to what investors and founders in Bengaluru are seeing for themselves.
Whether you're heading into your first raise or sizing up the next one, come for an honest, practical conversation about what it takes to raise money and build relationships that outlast a single round. Bring the questions you can't ask in a pitch meeting.

Agenda
Where founders show what they're building.
eChai Startup Demo Days happen every month, bringing together early-stage founders who are actively building.
We usually start with quick introductions so everyone knows who's around. After that, a few selected founders come up, one at a time, to walk everyone through what they're building, with their website or live product open on the screen. Each gets a few minutes, followed by questions and feedback from the group. How many come up just depends on the turnout and how the conversation is flowing, so it never feels rushed.
Not everyone presents on stage, but everyone who registers gets a spot on the event page. When you book, add a line on what you're building and a link, and it shows on your card here and on your profile. So whether or not you come up, anyone there (or anyone who opens the page later) can see what you're showing and reach out.
eChai Startup Demo Days in Bengaluru are meant to be relaxed and open: founders learn in public, get early feedback, and leave with new ideas, connections, and clarity from the community.
