Agenda

This session will be a candid panel with founders and marketing operators who’ve built traction through steady experiments, clear storytelling, and a close understanding of their customers. They’ll share how they found their first working channels, the early tests that shaped their direction, and the choices that helped them earn trust in competitive markets.

The idea is to keep the conversation open and real — practical experiences, small wins, misses, and the everyday decisions that shape growth at early-stage teams.

After the panel, we’ll open the room for informal chats, introductions, and new connections across the community.

If you’re building or exploring how early teams approach marketing, this will be a useful space to learn from others and exchange ideas with fellow founders.
