🎤 Meet the Speaker:
Augustin Chan is an engineer, product builder, and fractional CTO with a background in enterprise data systems and startup acceleration. A UC San Diego graduate in Cognitive Science and former Development Architect at Informatica, Augustin now helps early-stage founders launch MVPs - while continuing to build his own AI-powered tools.
His latest creation, 8-Bit Oracle, is an AI-enabled I Ching experience that blends ancient insight with modern SaaS and machine intelligence. Augustin’s story offers real lessons on building solo - from tech stack decisions to product clarity, and how to stay motivated along the journey.
