An evening with Harsha Vardhan Addanki on changing direction, and on building across more than one sector.

Founder journeys get retold as straight lines. The real ones rarely are.

Harsha has built across clinical research and IT, then hospitality and family stays, and now medical tourism. The interesting part is the turns between them: how you read the moment to hold a direction versus change it, and what actually carries over when you walk into a sector that plays by different rules.

Come with the call you are sitting on, the second market you keep eyeing, or the pivot you cannot stop circling. You will leave with sharper questions and a few founders who have been through some version of it.
