Builders shipping with AI, on what is actually working.

A gathering of people building with AI in Hyderabad: founders shipping AI products, engineers wiring up agents and pipelines, and teams putting AI to work inside what they already run. AI moves faster than anyone can keep up with alone.

What worked six months ago has already been replaced, costs shift under you, and the distance between a demo that impresses and something people pay for stays wide.

The conversation is about how builders are working through that.

Expect candid stories on picking a wedge worth building on, what customers will actually pay for, keeping inference costs sane, judging output when there is no single right answer, and shipping something that holds up once the underlying models change again.

If you are building an AI product, or bringing AI into what you already run, this is a gathering worth being part of.

This edition runs from 4 pm to 6 pm at CIE at IIIT Hyderabad in Gachibowli, with time to talk after.
