Khaled is a General Manager at Careem and leads the operations and customer experience in the GCC region. He was previously a business director at Du and previously a head of products and services at Zain Group in Kuwait.

Khaled will share with us his journey at Careem, as the region’s leading ride-hailing service since 2012. Careem is now the only unicorn in the region and operates in more than 120 cities across 14 countries in the broader Middle East, including North Africa, Turkey, and Pakistan.

We’ll follow the journey of Careem through a set of questions that look into its successes, failures, and more.
