How Founders & Operators Use AI is a gathering of builders who are actively working with the latest AI tools across coding, product, marketing, sales, and internal operations. The conversation centers on what tools people are trying, how they decide what to adopt, and how they stay current as things keep evolving.

Founders share the stack they rely on, what they have dropped, and what has genuinely improved speed or output. Operators walk through the workflows they use day to day, how they structure prompts, where automation fits in, and what still requires human judgment.
