As we kick off 2026, Startups in Action continues as a weekly, hands-on gathering for founders who are serious about turning ideas into real, viable companies.

What Do Our Meetings Look Like?
Every week is intentionally different and highly practical. Sessions may include:
- MVP showcases
- Pitch practice
- Co-founder matching
- Group Q&A and problem-solving
- Founder hot seats
- Guest speakers from the startup ecosystem
You are never required to present. You’re welcome to attend as an observer and to watch, learn, ask questions, and engage at your own pace.
New founders and first-timers are always welcome.

Hosted at SURF Incubator, the oldest startup incubator in Washington State. This space has supported hundreds of founders.
From private offices, shared workstations, and multiple venues with sweeping city views to deep connections with VCs, angel investors, and the broader startup ecosystem, SURF offers an environment designed to support founders at every stage.
