Rebecca Nguyen is the founder and CEO of ValleyMatch, a matchmaking service focused on building real human connections. With a background in the tech industry and firsthand experience navigating the modern dating world, Rebecca set out to create a better way to find love.
After using a combination of dating apps, in-person meetups, and traditional matchmaking, she realized the current culture treated people more like profiles than individuals. This led her to become a Certified Matchmaker and leave her full-time career in tech to launch ValleyMatch in Northern California. Together with her husband and co-founder Loc Nguyen, she now leads a mission-driven team committed to helping people build meaningful relationships.

ValleyMatch is a Northern California-based matchmaking company founded by Rebecca and Loc Nguyen. Created in response to the growing frustration with dating apps and swipe culture, ValleyMatch offers a more personal, thoughtful approach to finding love.

Instead of encouraging endless small talk and one-sided matches, ValleyMatch brings people together based on mutual preferences. Every date includes the option for feedback from both parties, giving clients insight and clarity. With Rebecca’s matchmaking expertise and Loc’s background in software development, ValleyMatch combines technology with a personal touch to keep services effective and affordable.
