What we’re about

alternative running meet up for base training, mostly for me to keep motivated doing healthy stuff. used to be a runner ran for Siac and Van Cortland TC before and ran NYC marathon a long with other local and out of state races
just for healthy jogging and running anywhere from 8-15 min per mile is fine everyone gets to and back from trail. Everyone is responsible for own safety and staying with whomever shows up to join the group doesn't have to stay with a leading group, group stretching is a must and everyone is encouraged to participate thank you hope to see you guys!
