Welcome to all my fabulous ladies of Staten Island! I am a Nurse Coach on the Island. I recognize that since the pandemic, there is a lack of connection, community and support as a result. My focus and aim with this group will be to reignite that flame and bring women together for support, growth, community and connection. My hope is that through this group, women are able to de-stress, get help from like-minded ladies, create new connections, focus on some self-care and just BE! This group will meet monthly and host different themes. There will be a small fee associated with the monthly meet and that is so there is actual buy-in and will increase the chance you show up and make time for yourself and not let life get in the way!!!
