Stillness And Sound: A Magnificent Woman Experience
Details
The Staunton Magnificent Women are trying something a little different: a deeply relaxing, gently powerful evening designed to help us all exhale.
This is a limited-capacity, community-priced experience. Limited to 22 women total.
We’ll be held at Phoenix Fitness & Yoga at 58 Myers Corner Drive in Staunton and guided by Greg from Metta Vibrations, whose sound baths are consistently described as calming, grounding, and surprisingly powerful. Several Mag Women have experienced his work before and absolutely loved it.
What’s a sound bath, anyway?
The general intention of the experience is for deep relaxation of both the mind and body. You’ll settle in on a yoga mat (or sit if you prefer) with blankets and pillows while waves of sound from singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments gently fill the space. Each session is unique, and many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and deeply restored. Some even say they sleep like rocks afterward. Read more here.
The lovely community part:
To make this accessible, we’re doing this as a shared-cost experience. Greg's fee is $210, so...
- If we have 21–22 women, the cost is just $10 per person
- The studio only holds 22. If we reach capacity, Supporting Members will have priority.
- No need to pay now - I'll send out a note around April 1 with payment details.
If your body could use a little rest and your mind could use a little quiet, this might be just the thing. I’d love to fill the room with Magnificent Women energy.
More soon, and feel free to reach out with questions.
