Lightning Talks: Round 2!

Our first round of lightning talks was a big hit, so it's time for another! The rules are simple: you get 5-10 minutes to tell the audience about something to do with software development.

We've had another great response to the CFP with a wide variety of topics. Here are our awesome speakers:

• Ole Martin Gjersvik - Digital lifeforms

• Torstein Husebø - Init systems for developers

• Ronald Mavarez - Web performance tips

• Christian Stigen Larsen - Fast parsing and interpretation of DNA with Python

• Aurelian Beraud - How our brains work

• Felix Gorbatsevich - How to do perfect estimations

• Austin Bingham - Mutation testing

If there's time and we're in the mood, we might even open the mic at the end for a bonus lightning round!

As always we'll have pizza provided by Roxar (http://www2.emersonprocess.com/en-US/brands/roxar/reservoirmanagement/Pages/ReservoirManagementSoftware.aspx). To make sure we get enough pizza, please make sure you RSVP if you plan to attend. Likewise, if you've RSVP'd but found that you can't make it, please adjust your response accordingly.

While we'll provide food, Mess & Order doesn't serve drinks, so be sure to bring your own if you want any (alcohol is allowed.)
