A really great class designed to help you be and stay active.
This is a group class but every exercise can be adjusted to your specific fitness level and ability. Great for all ages especially for older women, men and seniors.

A circuit class can burn from 300 to 500 calories and works every major muscle group. It also great for your joints and bones. There is a cardio component in between sets so it is also great for heart and lung health.

7 Euros per class and your 5th class is free!

Any exercise and activity can help reduce high cholesterol and lower blood pressure and it is really, really, really great for your overall mental wellbeing. If you are unsure if this is right for you check with your doctor first.

This class is approximately 55 minutes. The circuit has 10 stations, and we complete 2 rounds at each station.

Each station includes:
45 second strength training
- we work every major muscle group with resistance bands, barbells and bodyweight
45 second active recovery
- either walking, knee raises, light jog, jumping jacks

Only 10 spaces available for this class.
