Talking about relationships doesn’t have to mean venting or “trauma-dumping.” It can be reflective, practical, and educational. And relationship conversations aren’t just a “girls’ thing.”
In today’s world, more people are recognizing how deeply nurturing relationships shape our well-being—while also realizing that many of us never witnessed healthy communication growing up. This support group is an invitation to build a thoughtful community for anyone curious about improving their relationships.
My goal is to bridge the gap between traditional therapy and everyday life. I believe that learning, reflecting, and growing together in an intentional community can be both meaningful and healing.

This group is a respectful, inclusive, and confidential space. Members are expected to listen with openness and treat one another with care, even when experiences differ. Discrimination or harassment of any kind is not tolerated. What is shared in the group stays in the group; please respect everyone’s privacy and boundaries. Participation is always voluntary—share only what feels safe for you.

This group is for peer support and learning only and is not therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment.
