What we’re about

I sometimes feel that I live in a challenging world which sometimes gets the better of me. I sometimes find it hard to regulate my inner emotions. I sometimes find it hard to find a reason to get out of bed in the morning, or to do anything "productive".

I have found it useful to refer to "Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs" when I feel that Life gets on top of me. It helps me to take small steps in a "positive" direction.

This is a discussion group where I will share my thoughts on the subject, and maybe help some other people to "stay alive" :)
