In addition to the overview, we will also discuss a few scenarios highlighting situations that you may encounter. You may be a Knowledge Manager and not know it!
Mirhonda Studevant is a long-standing member of STC, recently completing her term as a member of the society-level Nominating Committee. Currently employed as a Knowledge Manager with the Trust Operations group at LinkedIn, Mirhonda earned the first undergraduate degree in Technical and Professional Communication awarded by Southern Polytechnic State University (which is now part of KSU).
