Genuine Connection, Healthy Boundaries

Details
It’s possible to be kind and caring and still say no.
To create a deep connection without overextending your time and energy,
To let other people in without sacrificing yourself or compromising your values.
Healthy boundaries are the foundation for relationships that are respectful, genuine, and nurturing. When we communicate clearly and honor our boundaries in all areas of our lives, we feel confident in our ability to achieve what we want in our personal and professional lives.
In this one-hour session, we’ll explore how to effectively set and hold boundaries to foster deeper trust and connection in our relationships
