From Herbert Ice Rink To The Eastern Market-Party Pace

Come out and join fellow Steel Bike Enthusiasts for relatively slow-moderate pace ride.

All bicycle types are welcomed on this ride.

We will leave from College Park Md and travel south on the various trails that will lead us to the Eastern Market in DC, have a bite to eat If you choose to do so and then return back to college park. The route will be approximately 80% trails and 20% street.

Please bring at least two tubes and small pump, electic pump or whatever is needed to inflate the tire in case you get a flat.

You are responsible for changing your own flats but IF you need assistance there is usually someone that can help out.

Helmets are required. No Helmet No Ride.

If you need a break let someone know and we will stop for you.

We have a no dropping riders policy

We DO NOT GO THRU RED LIGHTS.

Please make sure that you wear BRIGHT Clothing so that you can be seen by motorist when traveling on the roads.

It is STRONGLY advised eating food for the Morning rides and also bring any snacks that will help you keep your energy up during the ride.

It is strongly advised to have MORE THAN WATER.
liquids that are designed to hydrate your body should work better than only having water by itself, pickle juice seems to work wonders for some people as well as anything with electrolytes in it.

Bring ID, Cash, Credit Card in case you want to purchase food etc.

All riders ride at their own risk.
