This is a steel mace flow for beginners event. I will be teaching the fundamental of flow using the steel mace. Equipment is provided but if you have your own steel mace, bring it. Wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and a sweat rag.

15 minutes meet and greet
45 minutes of flow workshop
30 minutes of hangout
