Welcome to the Steeped In Grace Beginner Tea Circle. This group is a quiet space for anyone who has felt curious about the traditions of tea ceremony but wasn't quite sure where to start. We focus on the simple, rhythmic movements of preparing tea, finding a sense of calm in the process rather than worrying about getting everything perfect. It is meant to be an approachable, low-pressure environment where we can learn the basics together.
Whether you are looking to deepen your own mindfulness practice or you simply enjoy the ritual of a well-prepared cup, you will find a warm welcome here. We meet regularly to practice foundational techniques, share a bit of history, and enjoy conversation over tea.
