Time Series Analysis

Welcome to our first meetup focusing on time-series with industry speakers from Spatialedge and Stone Three. It will be an online event but we look forward to that changing in the future. The link to the event will be shared on the day of the event (and once you have RSVP'd).

Talk 1: Time series forecasting on the M5 benchmark

Description: In this talk we will be applying the SARIMAX technique to the M5 benchmark dataset. We'll touch on stationarity, multivariate time-series and demonstrate workability via a python notebook.

Talk 2: Frequency domain analysis and clustering for process performance diagnosis

Description: In this talk we will be looking at techniques for time series analysis that incorporate frequency domain analytics and clustering.

Bios:
Berndt is currently a data scientist at Spatialedge with a strong background in operations research and machine learning.
Rudolf is a machine learning engineer at Spatialedge and has been working with LSTMs mostly in the time-series space.
Dan is a machine learning engineer at Spatialedge and is well versed in applying SARIMAX to time-series problems.
Brian is a data scientist at Stone Three with a background in process engineering.
