Berlin had many Nobel Prize Winners in the past. What would Researchers need today to make Extraordinary Science in Berlin? Maybe entrepreneurial spirits? More investors’ money? Labs? Long-term job perspectives in Berlin? Long term positions in Institutes? We want to meet and discuss about how to start a change. This is an online meetup. Max 11 pitches x 5 minutes, 60 mins discussion. We would like to hear your 5 minutes pitch about YOUR thoughts on what Researchers need, what would YOU need to make Extraordinary Science in Berlin. How can we bring Boston to Berlin? How can we introduce here a massive entrepreneurial spirit in biology, chemical, medical sciences? How can we create a reputation of Berlin as a place that funds and supports its research groups? Please contact me at jesus.delvalle at bayer.com and I would try to put your 5 minutes pitch in the agenda. We aim for concrete issues and solutions. Political or ideological presentations (…“that party should do this”…) will NOT be part of the agenda. Some MIT students, entrepreneurs and Biotech companies employees from Boston and Cambridge will participate as well. Those who RSVP will receive a link for the online meeting shortly before the start. I will update the agenda continuously while it develops. Thanks for joining! Let's go. #MoreScience4Berlin.
