About us
IF YOU LOVE MUSIC and DANCE, you can learn Chicago Steppin'. The home of Steppin' is Chicago, and gained popularity across the nation when R. Kelly released, "Step in the Love" in 2002. It's a partner dance to Soulful Grooves like Classic R&B, Soul, Old-School, Jazz, Neo-Soul, and Hip Hop.
The New York Steppers is the original Steppers organization in the New York metropolitan region. Lead Instructors are from Chicago, trained, and certified in teaching the dance.
Join us to meet others who enjoy Steppin', love rhythm and soul music, and want to learn. In the process, meet new people, enjoy adult interaction, and have fun!
